Of all the enforced household chores men with female led fantasies have being made to wash the dishes seems to be the most popular. Who could’ve guessed.
Of course if she’d hang over me with a leather strap I’d be happy to be made to do all sorts of things. Sadly my main reason for cleaning dirty dinnerware has been aversions to houseflys and bad odors.

During the mid-1960s Bill Alexander, Gene Bilbrew and Eric Stanton did cover art for Unique Books.
Desire & Discipline’s femdomish aspect – aside from the title – is that the person in the green dress is a guy. Perhaps the novel featured feminization and sissyfication as well as simple crossdressing.
The blond woman looks distressed. The man with the beard appeared on more than one cover.
Born and raised in New York City, Stanton began his career in 1947 at Irving Klaw’s Movie Star News company, gaining employment by boasting he could draw better than any of the artists then working for Klaw.[citation needed] He afterward attended the Cartoonists and Illustrators School, under Batman inker Jerry Robinson and others.

Kinky Rent Party
The cover of Rent Party tells a story but it is difficult to decode. The incoherence makes me think of Bill Alexander (as do the masked Mistresses in the back.
Not that i fault Stanton. His covers are usually easily intelligible. The editor or art director may have given him confusing instructions or wanted too many fetish elements.
I like the cover.
One classmate was future Spider-Man and Doctor Strange artist Steve Ditko, with whom Stanton shared a studio. Some of Stanton’s work during this period shows Ditko influence, and the introduction to one book of Stanton’s work says, “Eric Stanton drew his pictures in India ink, and they were then hand-coloured by Ditko”.[2] Ditko reportedly denied touching Stanton’s work, though Stanton himself said they would spot-ink each other’s art.

I’m a bit puzzled by the sequence. She has a riding crop or cane, then a belt but ends up using her hand.
Not that those details really matter. Stanton’s great quality is the sense of authenticity. You are convince of the reality of the situation.
